  • My daughter turns 3 next week and we just switched from the fluoride free toothpaste about a month ago. We practiced spitting with the fluoride free for a few months before I felt confident that she could do it well enough for the switch. We haven't had any problems since the switch and she has also started swishing with water to rinse her mouth too. We brush her teeth at the kitchen sink with a nice size small step ladder so she has no problems reaching the sink.
