What could be causing this kitten to sneeze?

We found a little kitten last week in our backyard. I'm guessing 6 months or younger. She's obviously been somebody's pet since her claws have been clipped down.

Anyway, we brought her in and have been taking care of her until we can find the owner, but suddenly today she has started sneezing and can't seem to stop. I've wiped her nose in case there was something there, but that hasn't helped. She has no discharge coming from her nose.

Anybody with any suggestions on what might be upsetting her little tiny nose?

  • sounds like she just has a bit of a cold or something...she may be having allergies with a cleaner or something you use in your home that she's not used to. I'm sure she'll be fine. Good luck finding her owner!

  • Thank you sparrowprincess. I did use a new floor cleaner late last night so maybe she doesn't like the smell. I will see if it gets better.
