Is it true that parents with a child with a disability can have their utility bill reduced?

  • It depends, my youngest son had alot of medical problems and one of them being Cental Sleep Apnea, because he was on Oxygen, and a monitor Our phone bill was going to be like $20 cheaper, alot of it depends on the condition,the companies, and so forth.

  • I have heard they can help and aren't allowed to shut you off with a disabled child or normal child. Call and ask.
