  • But how long can you keep an opened bottle in the fridge before it goes bad? I usually put mine in the fridge as soon as I open it.

  • I finished a bottle about a month after I opened it. Was fine to me.

  • We keep wine about a week in the refrigerator, but I hear a couple days is the maximum. But I haven't noticed a problem after a week.

  • 3 days is the "rule". As a bottle is left open it oxidizes and allows all the flavor to dissipate. I have kept a bottle of red and white for cooking for about a week but for drinking I keep it under 36 hours.
