Is it possible to be pregnant if you have not had your period for a whole year?

  • Always possible, but it would depend most on the reason you have not had a period in so long. Either way, if you have not had a period in a year, you should be checked out unless you have some health condition that you are being treated for and have been told you will stop menstruating.
