What can I do with a tin of anchovies? Do they need to be de-boned?

  • I work at a pizza place and we put them on the pizzas bones and all. You don't have to debone them.

  • Any canned fish doesn't need to be deboned. In fact it is a good source of calcium.

    You could make pasta puttanesca and a ceasar salad. Both take anchovies.
