Do you work out more than once a week or less than once a week?

I'm just curious ... I go to one yoga class a week and i"m wondering wheter or not that makes me a slug. (it sure doesn't make me skinny, but it does help me stay sane.)

  • i run three days a week and lift weights three days a week, with an off day on Sunday (unless hubby and i do a bike ride that day).

  • I try to go running like 2-3 days out of the week. I'm also taking acai and colon flush supplements. Absolutely amazing!

    My eating habits changed a lot when I began taking acai. It just gave me nice boosts of energy and made me feel satisfied after eating a small meal. I also began to eat healthier which helped a tremendous amount.

  • I try and jog 2-3 times a week for 45 min and at least a brisk 30 min walk all the other days. So I exercise every day, unless im sick.

  • at least 3x a week for an hour each time. Mostly strength training. I'm trying to motivate myself to some cardio 3x but it doesn't always happen!

  • 3-5 times a week. I'd like to kick it up to a consistent 5. Although truthfully I do some much walking, running, hiking with the family on the weekend I'm probably at 5 days a week and just don't realize it.

  • I run 5-6 days per week, at 4-8 miles per run.

    I also bike to get around town.

  • i work out at least 6 days a week for about 45 minutes a day. usually i take Sunday as a rest day but if i do get up earlier i do workout before church.
