What kind of responses would you give the Doctor for adhd?

My child has been on medication but was only given during school not weekends or the summer. Well next week we are going to meet with the doctor for an evaluation. I am going to give the doctor the report card and so on.

  • if you have chosen the path of medication you can't stop and start like that because it messes with thier system and can be negative on thier body. if you want full results you need to give it to them regularly to see the complete diffrence and if the medication is working or if there are side-affects. there is also "natural" solutions like flax seed oils, omega 3,6,9 oils. there is also a pill at gnc for adhd. but if you dont want to give them anything you could try behavior classes.

  • I don't get it, Do you want them on meds, or off meds. Tell the truth and let the doctor decide what to do.

  • Please read these articles to help you decide whether you want your child on the drugs.

Remember your doctor ( all doctors for that matter) get paid by pharmaceutical companies to recommend these drugs...There are many alternative remedies ( such as change in diet ) that have been proven to be just as successfull and far less harmful to your child. Look them up online.
