So I'm 7 months pregnant. At 2 months pregnant I fell and hurt the lower left part of my back. Although the workman's comp drs say I'm fine, I still feel the pain in my back - and as my tummy grows so does the frequency and the intensity of the pain. It may be a slipped disc. I've been trying yoga, I tried walking (it makes it worse if I walk longer than a 1/2 hour nonstop), I tried lifting weights for my lower back muscles. I don't know what else to try! Also, my insurance does not cover trips to the chiropractor :(.
