  • Nope most likely would have died before they reached his name on the list. It is going to be a scary thing should this pass and be signed into law.

  • Sadly he should be on the back of the list he destroyed his liver by his hard life style. My uncle was on a list waiting for a liver. An alcoholic was ahead of him on the list right here in the USA and got the liver that was a match for him and my uncle. The man was only alcohol free for 2 months. My uncle died he had never drank and his liver just went bad he did nothing to damage it. So yes we would give this man a liver and allow someone else to die who did not cause his condition.
