what kind of diet should i stay on now that i'm pregnant?

i have 2 kids 8 and 7... before i was pregnant with my first i weighed less than 130 lbs... at the end of my second pregnancy I weighed 205lbs. I now weight about 145 and was excising and dieting before i got pregnant now... I am scared to gain 60 lbs again, i don't think it's healthy. I want to keep my diet and still excercise! I know I will probablly gain some weight anyway but I want it to be a reasonable amount and not 50 to 70 lbs. i also want to have a healthy baby :) of course.

  • You can still work out, but your body will have higher calorie needs, just make sure those extra calories are healthy....such as vegetables with hummus rather than chips and dip.
