My child is having major separation anxiety. What should I do?

I am a teacher and am very nervous about going back to work. My son likes me to hold him all the time, cries if I leave the room, screams if he hears my voice, etc. If I am gone and return and he sees me, he starts crying. He also would sleep right next to me all the time if I allowed it. My husband is amazing with him but my son won't even go to him when we're both home. I am very worried about having him at a daycare too. Any advice would be great. Thank you!
