I am about 8 weeks preg. with my second child and am unbelievably tired all the time. I eat a spinach salad 3-4 times a week and am taking my prenatal vitamin. Any advice on food, etc. of what may alleviate my inability to get off the couch??

  • I should add that I don't eat red meat- so that is out for iron.

  •'s gonna sound flip, but...sleep.The early weeks can really take it out of you so get the sleep your body craves. It *will* pass.
