Why do i still have breast milk after 5 years?

My twin boys are 5. I stopped breast feeding when they were 5 months. The other day my hubby and i were messing around in the bedroom and he squeazed my breast and white stuff came out. Im pretty sure its not the actual milk anymore, but what could it be?

  • It not milk if it's been five years. It's discharge and you should see your health care provider. There are many causes of discharge, most benign. Could you be pregnant?

  • It's still milk. It never completely went away with me either. You just get a tiny bit out, right? Our bodies can do some amazing things. We can ever fully re lactate years after we quit. Women who adopt and have never had children can lactate if they try, so I guess it's always there, just not really noticeable until after you breast feed.

  • Same here, if I lift something heavy, or playing with Hubby I will have some discharge. If you're worried see your Dr. I'm sure you're fine...
