  • You might want to take him to the doctor he might have a bacterial rash. He might need to have antibacterial cream.

  • If the rash hasn't gone away in a week, then it isn't heat rash. Take him to the doctor and get it checked out.

  • what exactly does it look like? Is it red with blistering? or just red patches? I could be anything from yeast rash, ezcdma, or impetigo. Call the pediatrician ASAP

  • Like anon 10:55 said. It could be bacterial. You may wanna consult your kids doc. Good luck girl!(PS this happened to the neighbor girl too and we swore it was heat rash turned out it was bacterial and after less than 24 hours on being on the scribed cream it went away

  • If it is just on his rear then maybe he has a slight allergy to his undies (is he in pullups or underwear. Either way it does call for a trip to the Doctor. Good Luck.

  • My DD had this one her back and it took 2 weeks for it to totally go away. Now a couple weeks later a patch is back i hope it does not spread.
I would try to keep his naked or in loose undies and see if it helps
