Any breastfeeeding mom ever have trouble with blisters?

HI! I've developed a milk blister on one of my nipples that is pretty painful. It is turning more red when I nurse -- any suggestions on making it heal quickly?

Thank you!

  • Mine didn't get red. It just stuck around for a long time. When it got really painful, I put lanolin on it with a nursing pad. That helped cut down on the friction from my bra and shirt. The pain wasn't constant. There were days where I didn't even feel it.

  • I think I dealt with it for the first month or so. It will go away.
