  • It doesn't matter bc unless they have health insurance that covers that procedure-neither are going to get it.

  • The mom of the baby, bc then you would possibly be saving two lives instead of one. Also, which is the most likely to survive the operation? That would have to factor in, bc you want the operation to be a success. JMO though

  • Whoever has the most urgent need. You cannot base these kinds of decisions on someone's personal "worth" or nationality. It should always be based on medical factors (who needs it most, who has the best chance of survival, who is more likely to follow though with aftercare) etc.

  • The Mom. People depend on her. Children need their parents. The other person is young enough that they can afford to wait a bit longer waiting for a match. He has no dependents.
