  • A nice big salad. Romaine lettuce, walnuts, grapes, craisins, blue cheese crumbles, with a raspberry vinaigrette. With some nice homemade croutons.

  • We sometimes make a pork chop casserole with rice and it is soo good.

  • We had roasted red potatoes with olive oil and fresh rosemary roast at 400 for abotu 20 min. and steamed broccoli

  • Other than applesauce, I say mashed potatoes, buttered garlic noodles, stuffing, rice. I usually serve green beans or corn too. Mashed sweet potatoes are good with pork chops too.
