  • I think its around 8 or 9 months, and even then it can only be plain, non flavored yogurt.

  • At my sons 9mo check up our pedi said we can start it, but to make sure its "whole milk" yogurt and not anything else, and just plain, you can add in baby food to flavor it.

Yogurt is already broken down so its easier for them to digest over real milk, that's why you can introduce it earlier.

  • We started Yogurt at 9 months. We started with plain and then our pediatrician said we could add single fruit flavors from there. Both my boys LOVE yogurt and eat at least 1 everyday. Sometimes 2. Just make sure it is whole milk yogurt. You do not have to pay the extra to get yo baby.
