  • I am a long-time vegetarian because I love animals. I am also pro-life. I understand the point of your "question" because there aren't many vegetarians who aren't pro-choice. I do not condone intentionally killing innocents, whether human or animal, but I consider myself an exception unfortunately.

  • Some are vegetarians for health reasons, I presume they wouldn't necessarily be prolife just because they are healthy.

  • i was a vegetarian for a year and a half, but not because i never wanted to eat anything with a face, it was because i felt i needed a major lifestyle change (i had done some bad things in my past) i'm still pro choice because i dont feel that what people decide to do is any of my business

  • Remember, pro-choice does not mean pro-abortion.
I'm vegan and think eating meat is nasty. I'm pro-choice AND think abortion is wrong. I wouldn't support a legal ban on eating meat any more than I'd support a legal ban on abortion.

Asking questions is fine. Rude, uneducated assumptions and judgments are not.

  • What Jellyphish said.

Do all meat eaters support abortion? Then why would all vegetarians be pro-life?
