  • Reg clothes - but the rules pertaining to those clothes are SO ridiculously rigid, I don't see why they don't just put them in uniforms.

Like - no logos, no pictures, no images of any kind, no lace or trim on any clothing (including collars, shoes, socks, etc), ALL shirts have to be tucked in, boys have to wear belts, no open toed shoes, no hard soled shoes, collared shirts must be buttoned to the top... the list goes on & on.

Not something I deal with, though --- my kids are homeschooled.

  • This year is the first year our middle school is going with no uniforms, just regular dress code. My dd is so excited, she's going into 8th grade. My older kids went to the same middle school, and they all had the uniforms, and they all hated it...actually I kind of like it, none of those battles over what they are going to wear to school.
