My ten week old is pooping every 3 hours. Wondered if I should skip the dr and go right to the pedialyte?

  • poop is not diahrrea. Unless it's water coming out of his bottom, dont' worry about the amount of poop.

  • Normal enough unless it's diarrhea. No pedialyte. Doc's not necessary either unless it's diarrhea.

  • I would call a local nurse line... they will ask you questions and tell you if you should do the pedialyte or take your little one in to see the doc. Hope this helps.

  • I wouldnt be concerned unless it was pure water coming out every three hours. If your really worried then call the doc :)
