ear piercing

at what age did you pierce your daughters ears? im asking moms who have got them pireced before the age of one. like how many months were they?

  • PS for those who haven't researched it or talked to their dr about it, it's not a choking hazzard. If they're wearing age appropriate LOCKING earrings, they're not a choking hazzard. Clean daily, check for signs of coming lose several times a day, don't do it if there is any health problems or before the basic shots and tetnus have been done. Common sense and done by a dr who can follow them and guide you... it's a precious and sometimes culterally rich outcome.

  • We did 6 months... it's after the necessary shots including tetnus.
    Our pediatrician didn't do the service so I called around and found a dr's office who did... don't trust a mall with your babies ears.
