wat excersise should i do to strength my butt and legs,despite i have small red vessels on my legssssss??

  • really the best excercise is walking because it tones and helps your cardiovascular system, there are also special sandals now that you can wear while you do a walk to help tone your legs, curves has some, you can view them on my webpage,

  • Walking is good and so are squats. And, just sitting and squeezing your butt muscles together over and over is a good idea.

  • Walking, squats and lunges. Old school is sometimes the best school. I'd probably say an hour of exercise 5 x a week.
