Does anyone have a oatmeal cookie recipe that calls for oil instead of butter. Or a oatmeal peanut butter one.

  • We use applesauce and it works great.. no fat....we use it in all our baking cakes and cookies ... try it you will not know you did...........

  • yes you can add applesauce or even jam, homemade jams are better than storebought because storebought has a million ingredients, but making jam is a whole other story, but if its just that you don't want to use butter you can just subtitute the oil for butter or use shortening
