Crockpot Question

I put a 3.25 lbs boneless turkey roast in the crockpot on low at 3, with the intention that it will be done about 7. I've decided we'd really like to eat at 6, so when should I turn it up to high? Do you think it'll get done on time? Thanks!

  • Turn it up to high immediately. Internal temp should be 190 if you've got a meat thermometer.

  • Thanks girls. We just decided we want to go swimming and the pool is open from 6:45-8. If it isn't done, we can always eat at 8. It's on high now though.
