I want to put together a box so my kids can do whatever they feel like doing. Things like crayons, markers, paint, different boxes, scrap book paper. Any ideas on what else?

  • play dough, depending on their age, you can put childproof scissors in there as well. paper plates, they can make masks. you can also save tissue boxes, so they can make guitars with that and rubber bands, or cans, i save the oatmeal cans and my dd's formula cans, so my dh can make drums. or you can have already cut out paper so they can glue things, like already cut out triangles to make a christmas tree, or an already cut out pumpkin so they can glue it together. • After you read parenting magizeens, put them in your kids' boxes. Kids love pretending they are the parents and there are lots of pictures that they will enjoy looking at and cutting up to make new things. They can even cut out pictures of fun things to do and glue them to their box!
