  • Depends on how hard he played!! Normally not past 2 hours.

  • As long as he needs to sleep. Mine takes a three hour nap most days. He is up by 9am usually and is in bed by 9:30pm.

  • mines up in the AM by 7:30 and goes to bed at 10pm.. she'll nap anywhere from 1 to 2 hours, depending on how long she decides to stay down.

  • my son is up by 7:30/8:00 AM most days... he'll nap anywhere betweeen 1-2 hours normally. Never let him sleep more than 2.5 hours. Usually in bed by 8/9:00 PM.

  • I get this question a lot i work in the 2yr old room at my daycare...they sleep from 1230 to 300 my son is three and still sleeps that long my 9 month old duaghter sleeps that time most days too...they need a 2 1/2 to 3 hour nap...my son is up by 630 and in bed by 8pm....even on the weekends if he doesnt want to sleep that long he still needs the rest...we put our son in his room at 1230 and we do not go back there until 3 if he sleeps he sleeps if he doesnt he plays but he gets the alone time and rest time down time that he needs...
