  • See your OB/GYN to rule out anything medically wrong....I would stay away from any "herbal or natural" over the counter products other than a daily vitamin for women. Just a waste of money. Good luck!

  • For what it's worth, my response to fertility meds went up when I drank wheatgrass juice, and took CoQ10, royal jelly, and did acupuncture. I also did estrogenic foods before ovulation and stayed away from them after. Stuff like flaxseed and soy are estrogenic. But, I also had estrogen level issues...

    Other than that, you'd need a prescription for meds.
