How do you make quick meatloaf with very few ingrediants?

  • usually i use 1 lb ground beef, 2 eggs, italian bread crumbs and ketchup. i mix well all ingrediants if to wet add more crumbs to dry add a lil milk. then i put it in loaf pan top w/cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hour. kids love it and its easy

  • one egg per pound of meat, milk, and breadcrumbs.

    I usually use 3 pound of meat, so 3 eggs. I guestimate on the milk and breadcrumbs. You dont want it soggy, but not grainy either.

  • meat..breadcrumbs..egg..a lil season salt maybe some green peppers or onions or add onion soup mix if you want top with catsup maybe and bake it good luck

  • I use 1 lbs of meat , 1 egg, italian breadcrumbs, bbq sauce, french fried onions on the top bake 1 hour @ 375. yummmmmmmmmm ENJOY!!!!
