  • tomatoes, sliced chicken breast or turkey breast, sometimes toasted almonds slices or raw walnut pieces, shredded low fat or fat free cheese, low-cal fat free ranch dressing (if I have them around: also cucumber, bell peppers, and different types of salad greens or spinach).

  • i'm a huge tomatoes fan, so of course i have those on there, turkery or ham (not both at the same time) eggs, if they have it i'll add spinch to my salad, mushrooms and honey mustard dressing cuz it's less fat. or kraft makes this tomatoe bacon dressing that's really good and low in fat

  • romaine, iceberg and ceasar lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded bits of turkey, diced roma tomatoes, fat free croutons and hidden valley ranch dressing

  • everything!

    chopped meats (I love leftover chicken pork chops, steak etc...)
    vegetables - carrots, tomatoes, pepper, green onions, mushrooms

    hard cooked eggs
    shredded cheese
    croutons
    bacon

    whatever I find in the fridge...I toss on top.
