No. Cube steak is steak that has been run through a machine that pokes a lot of holes in it, at a quick glance it looks like ground beef, but it is a steak that has been.... well you could almost call it "pre-chewed." Minute steak is very thin strips of steak, paper thin, that have a thin filler of some kind between them. Of the two, cube steak tastes better, and minute steak cooks very quickly and works well in sandwiches.
