  • According to Bible scholars, it is just slightly over 6,000 years old,and that's what I believe. All this millions of years gobbledegook is just that, malarkey. If they want to believe that fine, I will believe what the Word of God has clearly laid out for us to see and understand.

  • I believe it is roughly 6,000 years old as the timeline in the Bible shows. Considering God created fully mature beings (adults already able to reproduce, mature livestock, mature plants/trees, etc) I believe it is highly possible he created a "mature" Earth as well, which would explain why the Earth has such an "old age".

  • About 4.5 billion years based on ecience. The Bible is not science based so it cannot be talen literally and anyway, the 'creationist ' calculations are made by men, not God.

  • OK so I have to ask; those of you who say only 6,000 years old. Are you then also saying you believe than man and dinosaurs lived at the same time?
