What is an E Version like?

Im 36 weeks and just found out that my baby is breech now. So at 37 weeks(if she hasn't turned on her own) I will have an E Version. Has anyone ever had that down and if so what is it like?

An inversion is a technique for relaxing the lower uterine ligaments. It also helps a breech baby flip upside down.

  • you can try to flip the baby yourself. the ECV hurts like hell. i didn't have one, but have seen it done. sometimes after the baby turns head down, baby might turn back to breech. and baby can turn by itself at anytime, even during labor
