I have 15 pounds left of baby weight any good tips to help lose it?

  • Remember nine months on, minimum nine months off. Weight Watchers works. So does walking. LOTS of walking. Or running if that's your preference.

  • To break a weight loss plateau, you need to mix cardio with weight training. If you build muscle, it will help burn more fat. To build tone muscle instead of bulk, do more reps with less weight (3 sets of 20). Cindy Crawford's old, original exercise DVD is great for this!

  • I would start with simple changes.
    Walk, or do other exercise, for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 times a week.
    Make sure that you are drinking enough water, at least 8 8oz glasses a day.
    Eat an apple or big pile of veggies before meals.
    Eat 7-8 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, in at least 3 different colors.
    Eat 6-7 servings of whole grains a day.
    Replace meat and dairy with bean, lentils and tofu
