formula question

We have twins and for the baby girl they were trying to adjust her formula because she kept spitting up and seemed to have reflux issues. Well, they tried her on Similac Sensitive RS (added rice starch). She had an allergic reaction to the rice starch, so we took her off that and she is now on soy formula. Well, her brother is on Similac Sensitive. We have 4 bottles of the ready to feed RS formula that we cannot take back to the store. Would it be okay to give that to him since it's pretty much the same thing, but with the added rice starch. He eats rice cereal and tolerates it fine. Don't know if anybody else has had this situation or used one and then the other. Thanks for any help

  • What does the pediatrician say?

  • He may have some minor issues adjusting to a change in his formula, but our pediatrician told us it was fine to switch our babies' formula (you might call yours to double check this for your baby).
