With school starting back, what can I do to boost my childs immune system?

I am not looking forward to all the sickness.

  • have them drink vitiamn C everyday .. eat healthy fruits and veggies take kid vitainms

  • A daily multi-vitamin like Flintstones plus C, and lots of germex to keep in their bags. That way they can sanitize their hands often.

  • Along with the nutrition advice, my advice wpuld be to make sure your kids get plenty of sleep. At least 10 hours for little kids. And a good breakfast every morning.

  • use raw honey in his tea, and tea tree oil in his shower.(prevents MRSA)!
    Manuka honey is good for coughs too.

  • have him take good care of his teeth too. The crest defense mouthwash and nightime paste our great. Do not skimp on cheap toothpaste!

  • I give my daughter echinacea, three weeks on and one week off.
    Drink lots of water
    Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and legumes
    Stay away from processed foods, pesticides and GMOs
