how can i get rid of hair bumps on my toddlers legs

my son has eczema it's fairly mild and i haven't had to put the steroid cream on him for some time now but now he has small bumps all over both his legs that i believe to be from hair. what is a safe way to get rid of these uncomfortable looking bumps?

  • are they red like KP? Or just full blown eczema bumps? Make sure you dont use soap with ANY fragrence or lotion, no Baby magic or anything..

  • It's probably keratosis pilaris, which both of my sons have. My oldest has is really bad on his legs. It's from a buidup of keratin. The dr can diagnose it and give you a cream/lotion for it.
