What is a good vit. c to give children?

I found powder but I don't think that they will drink it.

  • How old are they? I give my son who is 2, Hyland's vitamin C drops.. they are pretty mild. It's the same company who makes the teething tablets.

  • Unless your child has a medical issue, there should not be a reason to need a C supplement.
