  • You need to spend money to fix things and no one wants to pay their share.

Actually, if the 50% of the people who end up NOT paying their "fair share" of taxes, actually paid income tax, then those of us who are trying to make independent lives for our families wouldn't have to pay MORE than our "fair share!"

Some of us are getting tired of paying for other people's mistakes! And many of us are people that grew up piss-poor (yours truly), yet chose to make a better life for ourselves--why should WE be punished, because someone else didn't choose wisely?!

You're going to see a HUGE backlash of income tax paying people closing up businesses, moving business out of the US, cutting back on work ours and patients/clients, finding new legal tax loopholes/write-offs in order to fall under whatever tax bracket is being pummeled. This is likely why the government wants to impose a series of consumer related taxes-to make up the loss!

Beyond proper grammar, punctuation and sentence structure, your response leaves much to be desired.  People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones!  What yo think? lol

Have I not said jobs going to China can go back to Nixon?? yes. But do I see republicans passing a massive prk bill and trying to pass it off as stimulus?? No

Do I see reps trying to implement a massive costly program called UHC code for socialized govt controlled healthcare?? NO

Do I see reps wanting to pass a massive tax that would be the biggest tax increase in US history during a deep recession (that was made worse when it should be about over due to the stimulus and the threat of the other two listed here) that would shut down businesses and drive others out of the country. ALL under the fraud of global warming??? AGAIN, NO

If you're referring to FDR...you might want to read this:

I knew the cousin thing, but I could have sworn he was elected as a republican. People do change parties during their lives as their views change. I think back in the day marrying a 2nd, 3rd, 4th cousin whatever was sort of acceptable; like the ancient kings used to marry their sisters or whatever to keep the 'blood line pure' boy that sure backfired on them! hahaha
