  • i wash myself daily and keep it shaved, are you having problems? try changing your diet, fresh fruit is always good =] gl!!

  • I just shower daily, sometimes if I've been doing a lot of sweating from activities I'll take two showers. I also shave my private area as well but I do that because I think pubs are gross, so I'm not sure what that may contribute as far as keeping me fresh. HTH

  • I agree re: cotton undies but also some soaps can irritate things so I stick to plain Dove. For example, Ivory was not a good match for me!

  • Shower using regular soap that you normally would. Dry off and apply thin layer of your deodorant of choice between thighs, and around outside of area. Unscented Deodorant works best. But sometimes, the odor can come from sweating a lot. The goal is to keep that area clean and dry. Cotton undies are best choice too.
    If you're having a foul odor down there, it could be a yeast infection that needs treatment.
