my doctor told me i should eat fish at least twice a week.

does sushi count? i live in an apartment and whenever i cook fish it stinks it up for weeks!

  • try to bake tilapia or a lighter fish that isn't as odored :)

  • I broil or bake salmon and I eat tuna-tuna sandwiches. If you bake or broil salmon in your oven ,it won't smell. I once used a George Foreman grill to broil salmon and that did stink. So don't cook it out in the open. LOL. Fish is really good for you.

  • Fish USED to be really good for you before humans polluted the waters and now every fish is contaminated with mercury. The 2nd most toxic substance known to man. Eat up though if that tickels your fancy. I'll stick with a pb and J.
