Baby Slings...

I always thought that baby slings and such are only for little babies. Lately though, I've had lots of people suggest that I use one for my [almost] 10 month old daughter. Do they still work for babies that old? My daughter weighs 18 and a half pounds, isn't that too heavy to be carrying her in a sling?

  • My daughter is almost 2 years old, and weighs 30lbs - we have always used slings and soft carriers for her - we're not stroller-users.

Baby-wearing can very comfortably turn into toddler wearing so long as you have the right carier for you.
    For a 10 month old I reccomend the Patapum back/front carrier --
