Just found out I am pregnant and I am still breastfeeding my dd so I can't take any of the usual over the counter things to help my symptoms. Are there natural ways of alleviating some of my symptoms, at least for a while? I've been suffering for over a week with sinus pressure, itchy watery eyes, itchy-runny-stuffy nose, sneezing etc.

No dairy; dairy increases mucus. Like many other nutrients, and despite the claims of the dairy industry, plant based calcium is superior to animal based. Drink lots of peppermint tea; peppermint is a natural decongestant (be sure that peppermint is the only ingredient).
