question re: lunch for stay at home moms

what do you give your kids? I'm a SAHM of a three year old and I'm getting SO sick of mac n cheese or sandwiches or noodles... I don't usually have left overs so I'm curious what I can make that's quick and easy... thanks!

  • I'm not a SAHM, but I work from home with the kids (4&2) 3 days per they are having chicken soup with crackers and a slice of cantaloupe. Our regulars are chicken nuggets, hamburgers, pasta, chicken & broccoli take out from Chinese, home made pizza, mac n cheese, jelly sandwiches.... with ever meal I serve a variety of fresh fruit on the side...

  • 2day my kids had quesdillas that took like 30 seconds. I bought green (spinach!) tortillas and shredded cheddar cheese and microwaved. served w/ peach applesauce and a handful of almonds

yesterday was peanut butter and banana slices stuffed into a pita pocket (while wheat) and carrots & dip and a treat, chocolate almond breeze (Milk stuff)

i get huge pleasure out of coming up with new and creative lunches for them. when dinner comes i am too pooped to care but lunch is their rockin' meal
