  • Lots of fluids, acetominophen or ibuprofen for aches and fevers, lots of peppermint tea (a natural decongestant), make a cough syrup/throat soother with honey (anti-bacterial) and cayenne pepper (anti-inflammatory), Emergen-C are packets of powder that you mix with cold water (loaded with vitamin C, with Bs and zinc for energy). With really bad congestion, you may want to take a benadryl at night and a sudafed (get the real kind, that you have to sign for, but generic is fine) during the day to prevent a sinus infection.

  • Not sure... but to prevent it, load up on VIT D!

  • Well, with the bad strains out there right now it's best to go to the Dr. and get some Tamiflu if you test positive. Other than that...Tylenol, Ibuprofen, liquids, rest....and ride it out.

  • Rest, stay hydrated and pain reliever of choice. Not much else that you can do. Oh and if you have the flu or are sick PLEASE STAY HOME. Don't go to work and infect other people because it just keeps getting spreaded around.
