I have exactly 30 dollars to buy my dd a new pair of shoes for school, where should I go?

I don't want to go to every shoe store today to find who has the best deal then drive back to the one that had the best one and so on...where can I find affordable shoes for a 5 year old? please don't say payless, tried them last night they had exactly 10 shoes to choose from 8 of them were sandals..ugh

  • JCPenny has nice shoes and they usually have back to school sales with BOGO free. The shoes are about $30 a pair, but you get a second pair free.

  • I'm gonna say it anyway. Payless. I'd get 2 pairs for that $30 here. Last year I paid $12-15 for my kids shoes there. Then again, I have more than one store to choose from, I have 7 (at last count) within an hour's drive.
