Sores in mouth...

Since Tuesday, my 14 month old son has had sores on his tongue and the roof of his mouth. I'm calling his doctor Monday if it hasn't gone away. At first I thought him refusing food and drink was teething since he's been drooling a lot. Just last night, we've discovered those sores. It's got me concerned. He acted a little better yesterday but he's still a little off. Have you experienced this?

  • Maybe it's an allergic reaction to something?
Or is it thrush? If it was thrush there'd be white yeasty stuff in his mouth though.
These are just guesses. I really don't know.
    Try researching online.
