What Can A 9 Month Old Eat

My Daughter will be 9 months in 6 days. I was just wondering what kind of food she can start eating????. She has 2 teeth. She notices when someone is eating and always wants some.. lol. But I have started her on those graduates baby puffs but she really doesn't like chew them. So what kind of foods could she eat??

  • anything. just not too hard to chew or things like chips.

  • If she's not capable of chewing yet, stick to purees or very soft foods. No junk food or dairy.

  • At nine months my daughter was self feeding everything we ate at meal times - no purees or mashes, or baby foods, or Gerbers foods -etc.
    Just shared what we had for breakfast lunch and dinner.

  • put your lips over your teeth and try to mash it enought to swallow. if you can, then she can. She can have cheerios and other finger foods like steamed veggies, chicken breast, avacado slices, cheddar cheese, pretty much whatever you eat (within reason of course.)
