Hello everyone, can you ladies help me put with a question I have?

My daughter got her driving permit and she is 18 and I know when she drives someone his to be 21 with and DL in the car with her but she has a child and does everyone in the car have to be at least 18 years of age?

  • I don't think everyone in the car has to be 18. When I got my learner's permit, it was the licensed driver only had to be 21.

  • My SO has his permit now, in GA, and the licensed driver has to be over 18.

  • check with the DMV website for your state.
